Todd one straightforward strategy for addressing damp crawlspaces is to apply --closed cell-- (not open cell) spray foam to the entire underside of the flooring deck of the home, provided you have some sort of sheathing or substrate below the finished flooring.

I used a 'thrifty' plumbing company with fixed costs of $99 a job plus parts.Well this is what he charged me for the sink installtion after I got new countertops:$99 sink installation$99 sink seal$99 facet installation$99 extra spray nozzle on facet$99 drain installation in sink (it actually came in the sink and old drain pipe was in place already)$99 dishwasher hook upSo with taxes it was right under $650 for just labor!

Correction, I was woken by my 2 small dogs barking at the sound of what I thought was my shower running full-blast.Once my OMG-is-someone-in-my-house-taking-a-shower panic subsided, I walked into the master bathroom to find the water supply hose detached from the toilet and spraying full-blast at the bathroom ceiling and about 2" of water on the bathroom floor.
