Julia Taylor Driveway project nightmare

If there is a different forum that is a better fit for this post, please let me know.The driveway is steep and gravel, and our handyman/cleaner (who worked for the previous owner and knows the house and its history well) suggested we have concrete poured to help with guests spinning out / getting stuck.

Not to say it's not possible or even imprudent, but that's WHY spinning up to 17 units is often a less tumultuous path.Back to the opportunity at hand:  If these are new construction homes then they should be low maintenance (but verify that with excellent inspections).
