I tried in vein for over a year to talk to someone there and I see their forums are locked down.

There are cable and phone lines running EVERYWHERE....it's like a spider web, but all over the place...What can I do to fix this?

My spider senses tingling, I asked him about the email he sent about breaking his lease.  

One of our nicer homes came to us because it had broken windows and spiders.

So with that being the majority of the leads coming through, and a close second is SEO, it seems they are doing good work over there and I may want to give them a try (a demo or 30 day trial).However, one of the things with SEO I know is it can take alot longer than 30 days for spiders to pick up my keywords in search engines like Google, so I feel like I will get locked into this for at least 90-120 days before I know how well this will work for me.Again, I'm all about creating my own personal system that will work for me.

In their defense, they did warn me when showing me the apartment that whenever they mow (weekly), spiders will come in since it was a 1st floor apartment. 

In the same vein, if you are at a stage in your career where you are looking at a viable exit strategy, a less commonly known fact is that it is much more desirable to sell your real estate prior to you selling your business.

Your good feeling is BS, because none of us have spider senses.

In that same vein of under-appreciated assets, our Arts scene, both performing and visual, is incredible. 

We initially decided to wait 6 months or so to see if anything dramatic happens (not gonna lie, my spider sense is tingling - doesn't mean I'm right) before we deploy it.
