Indian Rocks beach which was a huge STR area was completely demolished.  

This was not a complete rehab, we were keeping the main bath, moulding, and original dooors. 

I'm going to give it a full 6 months of use before I pass a complete judgement on it.

We have completely remolded the 3 units and just finished the exterior in 2024.

Investing out of state in the KCMO area sounds like a smart move; it’s such an interesting market with plenty of potential.

However I would say those lenders would be more willing than a bank to write the mortgage, and after completion you can refinance it.Overall, its probably easier and better use of your time to just find another house that doesn't require the construction and where the numbers make sense.
