Just looking to shed some light on this specific situation and maybe the short-sale/auction process; why or if short sales can get pushed back to the auction.

I know there are things I don't know, so I'm just trying to shed a light on those things. 

As a MLO or agent, you can certainly make a ton of money....but you got to realize that bar and far most dont/@Chris Mason might be able to shed light on failure rates, average pay for MLOs.

@Kevin Dean , @Joel Owens sheds some great lightIn regards to the overall Medical Office outlook, it still remains strong, however what your seeing is also a shift to large, concentrated outpatient medical parks that are on stop shops from Primary Care, Derm, Outpatient Surgery, among other specialties. 

Most long term parks require tenants to fully skirt their RV (so look for skirted units) and most tenants who really are staying long term will build a deck or patio, install a storage shed, create a garden, and show other evidence that they have made this their permanent home.  

If anyone reads this and can point me in the direction I will do all the research required I just feel a bit lost ans overwhelmed with the amount of options.If you can shed some light on this that would be amazing.

I've never cared enough to pursue but since we're on the subject... can some legal folks shed light on their opinion of a a disregarded LLC as a personal liability shield when the activity of the property is on the personal return of the LLC member and all income goes directly to the member? 

We have around 200 doors and boiler keys, shed keys, back door keys, etc...The key pads are $89 on Amazon and then I am getting them keyed to my master lock for $10.
