If you do not have people walk into your house and comment on how nice your furniture layout and selection is, then I recommend you hire an interior designer to help.  

I always steer clear of Angie's List, Yelp, BP Vendor, Dave Ramsey Select Vendors, or any other service that charges the vendor for membership and then promotes the list to the public as if trust, excellence, and performance have ANYTHING to do with the list selection. 

@James McGovern why are you so upset with the agents YOU select?

My company provides foreclosure funding.. its a very select group I  do this with and I dont advertise it lest my phone gets blown up..

However, I've also seen feedback that eXp is best for seasoned agents (which I am not), and new agents may not get the support they need, unless they have a good sponsor.Any feedback or insights on selecting a brokerage from part-time agents would be extremely appreciated.

Also, this process will allow you to be fair in your selection process. 

If you are going to select a Realtor, Banker, Wholesaler select them based on industry knowledge, tenure and success in their field.I offer this in an effort to avoid lost money and most importantly lost time...

It does amazing if you keep it under shade.

It is our job to facilitate and make the process smoother while selecting the most appropriate product/lender based on your overall goal.

I'm not opposed to this program but am somewhat confused by all the somewhat ridiculous fair housing laws that real estate people have to tiptoe through and then they offer these special deals to only this select group of people?
