The only thing that can really change is the laws which is why any RE investor should have good legal counsel on their team.Also, as Mike said, the gurus claim to have "secrets" and ways of investing in RE that "nobody else knows".

Certainly much cheaper than the "how to secrets of foreclosure" sold by the gurus!

Also, some counties hold a number of properties-in-trust (in which anybody can bid-on)----TOP SECRET INFO--- SMILE :).

I can trade for william bronchicks "financing secrets of a millionaire investor" or you I can give you a course.

Please don't tell us that this is a "SECRET" that costs $129 to discover!

Alot of the gurus act like you can effortlessly rake in piles of cash, using their secret forlmulas :roll: but in reality it takes time and especially persistence to make it big.

I believe it is in "the retirement secret".I too am surprised more people did not respond to this thread right off.
