The purpose for taking these is not for my resume but to extend my knowledge beyong what Im doing already.  

You would simply resume paying the HOA fees and taxes. 

Your resume is important and get it out of the way early, but don't impose yourself too much.

It allows you to start on one of those long posts like Bill Gulley can sometimes put together, and get interrupted and come back or even go to another computer and resume where you left off.

You would be saving the massive cost of college and still improving your resume while learning viable tools in your field of choice.

Hopefully I can negotiate a lower price for treating a house that's totally stripped and empty of furniture.Has anyone else had bed bugs that survived the nuclear winter of a renovation?
