I found something I am interested in and the numbers look good all around but my main concern is safety as the southern part of Bloomfield does not seem to have the most stellar reputation.

As far as septic goes, I think it gets a bad reputation but I honestly prefer it over city sewer.

When one is using other people's money to run an investment business, reputation and integrity is the highest priority in my book.

If the report is from a reputable credit reporting agency and includes all the information I require, I see no reason not to accept it.
