Assuming once the closing takes place there wouldn’t be much going on other than making payments in the debt but from what I heard it’s their prolong closing time and the fees that investors hate the most.

You may have to regrout due to prolonged use, but it is still cheaper than retiling. 

I understand that this helps with controlling temperature and air pressure in zoned spaces and the technician also told me this helps prolong the life of the HVAC. 

There is nothing to be gained by prolonging this process.

I'll use another example, I know of a sleepy mountain lake community - seasonal summer vacation spot and the lake is not influenced by prolonged drought.

The city still faces big funding and planning obstacles that could prolong the remaining development for many years to come. 

Consequently, we ask to turn it off if not used and/or prior their departure as prolonged periods of high temperatures eat through the chemicals quickly and the homeowners will most likely get charged extra for that by their pool maintenance vendor:/
