Owners mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact SAME SERVICES and PERFORM those services EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, so price is the only differentiator – so, they often select the first PMC they call or that calls them back!

People love it, and for only $13, its worth the price of an enhanced guest experience and higher chance of a 5-star review.  

Neighborhoods to invest in is a more subjective topic as that is often dependent on the type of investment you're interested in, your price point and even the type of tenants, if that's the route your going,  that you are trying to attract.

And your competition will be a bunch of identical units...your pricing will always have a ceiling.

Our market is still great, great pricing, and a solid opportunity to acquire off-markets as i work with wholesale partners, but a very savvy agent that can negotiate well for STR or long term rentals and great with understanding the best possible options for an investment property. 

I feel as though my home is priced too high, however, my property manager insists the price is competitive.
