I have no idea what you mean in regard to lending to my cousin, but it doesn't matter. 

The appraisal was the longest hold up but the junior loan officer we were assigned seems to have zero idea what he is doing and zero sense of urgency...

I like the idea above about trying to do MTR.

We do just fine with ours.I do believe that a mix is a good idea if you are looking for stability.

For me, that was a huge amount of money, but the idea of their service was appealing to me.
