Cash for keys is a good last resort, but not a good primary option. 

Ski resorts, Hill AFB, Northrop Grumman, hospitals up north in Davis and Weber county.

And can you make the set up stand out as an experience, resort style camping?

The reality is that the more connected the players are, the more money they make and the less you know.

My thoughts are on the difficulties of finding boots on the ground and out of state contractors among other key players when it comes to out of state REI.

@Aaron Washington Depending on what community you are in, I know its not one of the big resorts if you only 4 beds, but do you have a clubhouse..does it have an arcade?

I'd be happy to dive deeper into all of this and point out some of the communities/resorts that you should focus on.

NOT luxury/resort type properties or in vacation areas. 

Watch out for adults renting for their kid's youth group and the actual renter is not even there, just unsupervised 17 year old football players and cheerleaders.One thing to consider in buying a house is emergency response.
