You've already cleaned things up, but did you take photos of the place before you started clean up?

I include a photo of my family and explain my desire to own in this area I have fond memories of. 

They took photos of the mold and then cleaned it off.  

(see photos)There is a floor drain on the other side of the 2x6 wall(about 10 feet). so i would just need to tie it into this I am budgeting 20K for a brand new plumbing system for the whole house already since there is not anything in the house currently.The basement floor is already ripped out and down to dirt.

 This house im am locoking to fix and flip does not have the plumbing waste line connected  Couldnt have a sewrr scope (see photos).

Nicely done it would make a big difference in how it looks in the photos and you can advertise eat-in kitchen.

I had a tenant earlier in the year tell me that rent wasn't late after I sent over a late noticeI said "well my account doesn't show a deposit"Tenant said " I have a deposit receipt here and I can text it to you"I said "perfect, send it over and I will check it out"Tenant texted it to meSo I sent it to the bank where they confirmed that the deposit receipt was duplicated from the previous month and photo shopped, tenant change some numbers on the receipt.

Are their listings detailed with good-quality photos?
