Focus on building a system - there are 2 things a system can give you. a) it gives you consistent and persistent results. b) it frees you up because the system runs with or without you. 

Those are numbers, they apply to the real world and we use them to run our businesses every day.Now I also studied entrepreneurship, never learned how to spell it though :) This is were I learned the basis of business is persistence.  

Eliminates persistent Odors, skunk smells, you name it. 

Integra notes that the high wage earners in the tech sector are driving the persistent demand.

You shouldn't work in Cobb County, I hear its terrible there and there's no deals...in fact, I hear anybody who works there gets horribly diseased and their wives leave them.On a serious note, I like to hire guys that aren't driving forever to get on site, but most GC's in Atlanta are used to driving across town, so they really dont have to be local to Cobb by a long shot.
