I'm trying to treat my impending surplus of free time as the perfect opportunity to really work hard and learn as much as i can about REI.Being that I really am just getting started, REI is definitely the side hustle for me, but the more i'm learning, the more i see that the prospect of it becoming the main thing with some perseverance is VERY real.   

Say what you will, but the city has an energy and strength for perseverance unlike many others.

@John Hickey...so many have commented with amazement at your grit, perseverance, and ingenuity that it feels lame to use the same words again...with amazement.

I have no doubt that with perseverance you can find and purchase a larger property. 

All you can do is persevere forward!

Unfortunately, too many people are sold on the dream (or the idea) of making a ton of money with Wholesaling and are crushed when it doesn't happen according to plan.Imo, Wholesaling is one of the best, most honest and wholesome ways to make a LOT of money in a short period of time...but that doesn't come without a LOT of hard work and perseverance.
