So each year you are actually making 25% Return on equity, if that appreciation holds.I was in the sell bucket before, and now I am more in the hold bucket if you really think appreciation will continue, since the your ROE is much higher given the powers of leverage.

I also think that if I were picking provisions in the TCJA to overturn, the 179 changes would be relatively low down the list as it theoretically has the potential to increase spending.
