The worst lenders I have dealt with are the ones with underwriters in one time zone and origination department in another, branch manager in another that don’t communicate well with each other and end up over-promising while not being able to deliver.

The landlord was originally trying to charge us for them to hire someone to come and paint the rooms before moving into the premises, we didnt agree to that.

My mentor helped ALOT with advice, helping me stage she used to be a fashion designer in NYC (where I'm originally from) and is now both an Airbnb arbitrage investor and a real estate agent where she personally stages all her properties that she sells or Airbnbs.
