I think I'm going to go with a Keurig and offer a variety of coffee, tea, and cocoa pods rather than a cheap $20 coffee pot (that always drives me nuts when I stay places!)

But really its what ever makes you happy .. if your happy saving all your money and such.. then that's your right to do.if you want to spend every penny on your car and cloth's and live in an apartment and have 200.00 in your savings account with 50k in CC bills that's your right.. for me personally a good safety net of cash is what makes me happy along with some key real estate bought an Paid for and what I choose to be extravagant with others would probably think its nuts or not necessary..

There are probably several who will handle it from soup to nuts better than a real estate agent or attorney (I only do evictions when there is something weird going on, otherwise I'm too expensive).

Hello Dennis Williams I think the previous posts about having high efficiency appliances and storage are huge value adds for a multifamily unit.I think partnering with local businesses to showcase a sense of community could be an interesting way to leverage the common areas, such as fruit markets, coffee tastings, or other communal activities.
