I would start there if you are really looking to pay only in Bitcoin.For all of the crypto haters out there - most people investing in crypto now know that it is similar to the tech/internet bubble, but it would be nice to catch the next Google or Apple.

You may also have to pay a broker to rent it, when usually the tenants cover that during peak rental season (May-July for 9/1 leases).Good thing is once it's rented you should almost never have vacancy if you're mindful of re-listing it in a timely fashion.

Tenant took photos and videos but nothing detailed - a single shot or two of a room from the entrance, so is saying fridge was fine, normal wear etc Next - If we are being nice and deducting ‘portions’ of the charges and tenant continues to grind away, or this goes to court, do the compromise and smaller amounts offered negate the full amounts that could have been charged
