Any idea if neighbouring counties (PG, Howard, etc) are as competitive in the tax lien space?

Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend this month as I leave for Italy and Greece on the 29th.

The only parties interested in regulating short-term rentals are the hotels, the long-term renters and the neighbours.

Spain I think it’s currently €500k, while Greece is €250k, and and St Kitts and Nevis is €200..

A plan was probably attached showing the location of where the access is allowed.You shouldn't put water service in on the neighbours property if it isn't previously agreed upon and the neighbour has the right to refuse your proposal.  

Greece was super cheap but recovered later.

I'd talk to the neighbours.
