Narrow down a buy box then target markets that have more of the inventory.

Yes I had a few that give me the sob story and tried to see if I would lower the rent I told them id get back to them never sent the link to them for screening yet I have too many inquires so I cant get to all potential clients I narrowed them down to two clients not section 8 though.

Median price point is a hard line you can look uo for every municipality and it cuts it right down the middle: above median (A and B) and below median (C and D).

I think that's we narrowed it down too but understanding restrictions are a bit confusing.

You can narrow it down be zip code, radius on a map, towns, etc.Filter results to show the owner's name.

I'm leaning towards a cheaper “band aid” solution but the leak still needs to be repaired the right way to make sellable and have it covered in sellers disclosures.

Hence, I'm looking for research tools and detailed data to help me narrow my search down to one market!
