I hear so many differing opinions on the matter it is a head ache to try and sort them all out!

Just checked my bank account - my rent ACH just hit, completely passive and hassle free - and it was massive.  

I have done some research on Athens, AL, Florence, AL and Muscle Shoals, AL.

We are thinking to switch to other PM software, since TC only has one way to pay out through ACH but we are still growing.

So if you do elect to be the muscle side of the deal and act as the project manager, you should negotiate accordingly.

Yes there is something to be said for feeling American gas muscle gurgling under your seat but the most fun part about driving sports cars is the torque and EVs can't be matched in the feeling of torque. 

Also paying per zip can be a lot so having the muscle to run the numbers yourself is worth it.

As far as funding time frames go, ACH payments can be slower as they are dependent on the actions of both the tenants' and landlords' banking institutions (which vary from bank to bank) as the funds move from one to the other.
