I'd like to have some type of company where I could simply put a sticker on the side of all appliances and the tenants would call that company directly for any type of issues, allowing me to completely outsource all appliance maintenance, so I can focus on the real estate business itself and growing/scaling, not refrigerator fan motors going out:)Let me know your thoughts!

I have a motor home with a propane tank and never remember ever smelling propane, but you are correct.

There are a bunch of reasons people go out and do cash out refinances whether it is paying off debt or buying an older luxury motor home that is priced so well, you would be a fool to pass it up. 

But the big problem is what happens if the motors fail or the power goes out -- which is essentially a sewage going everywhere catastrophe.

Detroit is no longer "motor city," it's "mortgage city." 

These include companies like Toyota which has the same market share as General Motors in the US. 

But they gave me a great motor that just keeps going I don’t know what quitting is, some might say is a cliche, but you never know until you get hit in the mouth by life, you learn to get up or you don’t.

facebook is full of fake lenders.. .just like fake news.. last place on earth I would do business in real estate is facebook but that's just me.. at least in the lending end of it.. bottom line is these guys that advertise loans at these rates that are less than gov mit backed loans today are just frauds  plane and simple.. and no private lender advertise's the second you do your a HML and in the business.. don't fall for any of this Alex..HML  just look at the bigger companies in your area that have nice websites and brick and motor and pick one they are for real.

Lucid Motors chose Arizona over Sacramento.
