Is anyone using the 203k or HomeStyle loan locally to help homebuyers?

I've worked in healthcare for the past decade and looking to invest in local, small multifamily properties.  

If you decide to go the Airbnb route in either city, be sure to check local regulations around short-term rentals to avoid any surprises.

I was looking at procuring the flooring from Costco for around $2/sqft and having a local installer put it in, but I should check HD and Lowe's to see what the comparable rates would be.

I am reporting every one of them now as this has gone on for years and is ridiculous that people don't know how to follow the law! 

I own a unit at a local condominium complex and am having issues with timely response from the HOA.
