We had the green light to close up until a few hours ago.  

I'm selling my furniture if you have a home you want furnished for a STR.  2bd 2 ba 1 yr old lightly used great condition from in a luxury vacation rental apartment. 

The lack of clear communication from the lender left us in the dark, wondering if this deal would ever see the light of day.The night before closing, we were still in limbo, with no confirmation that the deal would go through.

After putting in some light renovation in the property ($14,000 total) we are aiming to get $1,400 per unit.

The truth is that any data or track record can be interpreted in multiple ways, and each sponsor will naturally present their results in the best possible light.
