I found the process to be legit and transparent as far as them viewing and making an offer on my property.

Now I know why, because the extra few hundred K wasn't secure if the lender thought it was legit closing. 

If that is you please DM me as I am struggling to find any legit reviews good or bad unless it is straight off his website or from angry people screaming scam alert without actually having done anything with it.

Hey Gabriel, The FHA streamline is a legit program.

There are turnkey companies or platforms like Roofstock that assist investors in doing so or you can contact property management companies or look for investor friendly real estate agents in that market to assist you.  

I see the same value in getting license to be more legit in the eyes of investors, banks, and also I would like to build some ADUs/rentals for others..

The platform has persistent sync issues with financial institutions that just won’t go away, even after weeks of troubleshooting with their support team.
