I will say when I approached the initial broker, right from the start assumed it was illegal and felt like I was giving a lecture on wholesaling, gave them resources of other individuals who are doing the same thing, explained the process and different situations.It's not very easy to meet for lunch with the legal counsel with my state association of Realtors as their office is 2.5hrs away.

With that said, you need to listen to the feedback of previous attendees, not just the lecturers or advertisers.At the end of the day, when it comes to real business, you need to do your homework hard and thorough.

Jim Rohn said " Ignorance is not bliss, ignorance is poverty" Tony Robbins said " When experience and money meet, experience gets the money" :) Forgive me for lecturing but we need to educate ourselves as much as we can on all things real estate.

I think he gives lectures on this stuff.

That is what BP focuses on, and it's great, but it doesn't compare to lectures, reading, projects, and writing papers in my head.

(This reminds me of a lecture I gave recently on the over-use of Six Sigma theory. 

I'm generally a rule follower when it comes to taxes and accounting so while I appreciate the "lecture" and understand where you're coming from, actually executing upon my musing is highly unlikely. 

Good grief, people, leave off with the price-fixing lectures.
