Scott Johnson refuses to comply with an arbitration and non disclosure agreement with us, we have offered him to enter into binding arbitration, which is required per our terms of service and agreement he signed. 

This is their full time job and they collect a fee but are still able to pass along strong deals to end buyers.

Its a great idea, but you will need to consult the township in order to understand their requirements for liveable space.

What’s required for success in this is deep knowledge of real estate in general and the area in particular; experience in real estate and the local laws, etc.; and capital to pay for options, marketing, legal counsel, accounting, tax advise, etc.  

The key to this is finding a HML that doesn't require access to the property for an appraisal.
