I have thought about renting out my primary residence because I could potentially have someone else paying my mortgage and the rental income would pay the mortgage and also put about an additional 600 month in my pocket.

Even though ALOT and I mean ALOT of people on bigger pockets or friends and family have told me airnbnb arbitrage wouldn't work out I have been pretty successful even though I was pretty much self learnt without any form of joining a course or anything like that.

Some months I’ve unfortunately had to pay like $150 out of pocket but I’m Planning on holding long term wise and the let the rental bare fruit later in my life because I’m only 22 and just wanted a base hit or a rental in a great neighborhood.
