I am currently a student at Texas A&M University and I am very new to real estate investing.

After 4 1/2 years in the Army, I’m now a student at ACI Learning, working on my CompTIA A+, Security+, and Network+ certifications.

I also have 20 k in student loans left.Now, I am planning on building up reserves and throwing a tad extra at the mortgages each month.Will one more unit make your portfolio that much better ?

I graduated college last year and I'm starting to build my career toolkit (while paying down just shy of $15K in student loans).

I have contacted 2 or 3 and apparently they are not interested in insuring a property with mixed LTR and STR some of which include grad students??!
