This is my first investment of this sort and it has not worked out how I originally intended but I am learning from my mistakes and will be making better decisions in the near future What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

To be honest, I’m too busy to be making this decision right now.

What’s your take on how current market trends could impact your decision to hold versus sell?

I think it will also depends on state laws and a lot of information not present but the HOA rules and insurances are two different things.

We bring/offer the mortgage loan investment to the group & handle all the servicing, including chasing the monthly payment/insurance/taxes, foreclosure, etc.

There are many other sites you can list on if you are going for Insurance Bookings but in my markets or at least for the inventory I have, it hasn't proven to bring many leads. 

How did you get the insurance so low - it works out to $1,253 per month for all properties.

Be sure you consult your agreements with them as well to determine if there is some other action you are responsible for.You may also want to contact your insurance to find out if and when they may step in and do something.
