Inspectors dont have the authority to come in and inspect the number of bathrooms you have . 

There was the leasing agent, planners, an interior design team to choose from the color palettes, others for security, construction inspectors, etc.

Some of the other people I would want on my team are contractors, insurance advisors, bankers, loan officers, asset protection attorney, business structure attorney, home inspectors, a closing attorney, and title company.

So they sent an inspector around and came up with a huge list of things to repair or be cancelled.

TCOs are through your building department, and at least locally you can ask your inspector for this.
