It has some cracking in the foundation but came with an engineers report suggesting only epoxy injecting, maintenance to gutters, fill dirt, and proper drainage to direct water away from foundation......duh!

Eventually, I did a lot more research, patch the crack with a diy epoxy injection product, rise the soil all around the house so it's higher, and most importantly divert all the water away as far as possible.https://www.thisoldhouse.com/how-to/fixing-cracks-...We considered trying to go after the seller, but this was the fastest and easiest route.

A park well has problems in that:- you are running a public water system with all the testing, chlorine injection etc requiremetns.

Over the last three years I have put in about $25-$30,000 in home improvements (New windows throughout the entire house, updated kitchen all, new appliances and countertops, had entire house polyurethane injected insulation to improve efficiency, massive landscaping improvements, along with other misc updates).

im 25 i WAS making 3200 a month and my girl is making 4000 a month. and still live at home now for the last year. ..but...we were young and were making decent money. we had a rent payment of 1400 a month, my girl had a 2014 c300 mercedes 340 a month,i owned a 2010 bmw 135i that i paid 29k for with 11k miles. i poured money into the thing it had jb4 50%e85 downpipes intercoolers full exhaust meth injection etc!
