Mainly termite infestations, some major issues found, couldn't get financing etc.

There was termite infestation in both homes but the seller won't budge when we ask for repairs so we cancelled the contract.

Needs a new roof the AC units may have to be replaced, the building is infested with mice and rats so we might have to fix the air ducts the repairs that were done have to be redone.

Air circulation, and spraying and wiping with bleach will help, and done regularly, may keep the infestation at bay.

Or you might have a person that thought they were renting a clean place to live and found it infested with roaches and moldy.

But my hopes plummeted after knowing that the house is termite infestation (basement/crawl space, exterior railings, etc.) 

(beetle infestations, fires, hurricanes, ice storms, taxes, decreased demand) 

So the tenants that lived there through the bed bug infestation were traumatized and stayed because they really didn't have other options.

Pictures were taken for our records.Per our lease if a professional can tell the cause of bugs/infestations it is that tenants responsibility for remediation costs.I tried to talk to the tenant about the exterminators findings, however they have been avoiding/ignoring us.
