Mostly appeals to larger family units but we've had traveling nurses bringing their family, folks needing a place for outpatient surgery, also people between moves, etc. 

Go do this folks!!!

Great to see folks with an interest in "rough areas" - most people don't even think twice about them. 

We chose this timing because 1) there was less chance of additional issues making the refund seem inadequate, and 2) it created a positive impression right before guests were likely to leave a review.

Hi folks, A tenant moved into my brand new house and defaulted on two months rent within 3 months of moving in.

I've heard of folks using the equity in their rental properties to purchase additional properties and I'm trying to learn if this would make sense for me.

These folks had a lot of red flags before entering, I am not sure if diligence was done or missed.

The problem is that most wholesalers or off-market acquisition folks are being "trained" to follow a script, not solve a problem.

Folks will generally have a fantastic rental strategy but they don't fit the lense of regular guidelines.

I really do appreciate all of the comments folks have made and it’s clear that they have systems in place and I hope that knowledge will aid me in my endeavor.
