Water heaters only last 12 to 15 years here.On the climate and the AC, I am of the opinion that the dry climate of Las Vegas is easier on AC systems than humid climates.

In wood and laminate floors, a lot of flippers don’t realize they need to let the flooring adjust to the humidity of the home, so they’ll let it sit in a cold, dry garage (where it shrinks) until they install it in a warmer, more humid home (where it expands).
