Many people start out active because they want exposure to real estate and don't know that you can start out passive - you can effectively hire the asset manager and supply capital to the investment.You can have great success as an active or a passive investor - but it is important to understand the difference and to select whichever option matches your skills and resources the best.Good luck!

If you’re a real estate investor looking to scale quickly, portfolio lenders can be an incredible resource.

I think it is human nature to feel like we need to get the best deal with the best/highest "immediate return".

The numbers are trashy now but with the right approach, resources and ability you will come out on top.

Perhaps it's more sensible to grow where I am before allocating my resources outside of my own market...

What is working right now for those who attend, what resources may we share, and how can we attract others who will contribute.
