There are a lot of new things...A.I. has changed up some....but no matter what, rapport and human touch cant be replicated! 

Rather than rushing to get an attorney (most are expensive and not so nice) why don't you try the human approach (like you would want someone to do for you) and call your tenant and ask:-What concerns do you have about moving?

I know on flips it is considered traditional income due to being classified as a dealer (someone who buys for the profit of the sale) and not an investor (someone who buys for the profit from rental or other forms of income) but what if you bought and renovated a property and held it for one or two 12-month leases?

Also there is a Habitat for Humanity resale store at Hampton and Singleton in West Dallas. 

Round-Up is pretty deadly (to humans and dogs) so be careful with that.

We also have human rights police here in Canada calling landlords to catch them up. 

In all candor and honesty its built into human nature that people are better stewards of what they own. 

So check around the area you are going to be doing a STR and see what the dealers have to say.
