You're responsible.we recently had to horizontal bore under a highway and pull 4" conduit for 3 phase primary.  

Hi @Ryan Poske - those horizontal/lateral costs always catch everyone up.

You still need to maintain a slope of about 1/4:12 and you'll probably be adding horizontal distance by going around the perimeter, so you just need to make sure there's still enough vertical drop to get your desired slope.

So at the end of the day, M1 has become a huge part of my life and I have gained best friends and upped my investment, horizontal income, and career. 

We have used two styles: the traditional wheels running on a rail {here is it important the lip on your wheels fit down over the round of the rail ... like a train} and wheels inside a track {Note our wheels inside a track are wheels in a vertical rather than horizontal track}.

What do you expect your construction costs for this product type to approximately be (vertical & horizontal) on a per square foot basis? 

I bought the dirt I secured the horizontal loans with my community bank and they also give me the vertical loans..

Even horizontal runs as young as 50yrs old can be weeping (look for rust bubbled along the bottom of the pipe or the tell tale rusty trail along a basement floor under the pipe).As a general practice, anytime we are renovating near a cast iron stack or drain, we replace it.  

A KEY thing to know with a tankless heater is that it needs to be vented horizontally to the outside and 3 feet from any window or door.
