You hired a management company?

I still tried to reason with her to see if we could repair this, but she hired a personal injury lawyer (who happens to be a cleaning client of her) to start emailing me demanding I give her $125,000 for her 1/2 of the business, or else they are going to file a lawsuit.

Are you doing it yourself or hiring a contractor that specializes in it?

Don't hire an agent if youre trying to avoid agent costs.

I fired my pm who got me by purchasing the pm i had hired and lost my 1000s of reviews during covid lock downs (so 2020 and 2021 were covid impacted).  2022 had a down time that affected the year.  2023 and 2024 the entire off season was worse than before covid.  

@Jae Yoo you have a few options:1) Hire an attorney to write a threatening letter.

My best suggestion is to hire a real estate agent.
