At the summons hearing and hearings thereafter, always wear a suit and tie, get a haircut, shave, don't wear stupid jewelry, speak ONLY when spoken to, DO NOT interrupt the judge, always say "Your honor" and "Yes Ma'am, No Ma'am" or Sir when the judge asks you questions, then Shut Your Mouth!

It's difficult to find someone who is at the right time in their current hair cutting business that is ready to expand to a bigger space who are transitioning from cutting at someone else's salon.

The fallout is, this has given the taxman cause to increase the assessments on those of us not playing this little game.Lately, a few of these "parents" have been left standing when the music stops and the house gets sold to an investor (parent taking a haircut in the process).

It’s like asking a barber if you need a haircut.

You being in 1st position would have to be paid the full amount, they being in second may have to take a hair cut depending on the irs taxes and the value of the home above and beyond what the first lien would be.

But is t the point of all of this so we DON’T have to get a haircut and a real job?

when you say failure in what context.. they did not cash flow as thought.. or you actually lost ALL your money or just took a little hair cut.. there are all sorts of levels of disaster from what i see people post about..
