Eventually you do become accustomed to the noise but its still a nuisance.

Are you saying that law enforcement is infringing on privacy and harassing people in their own homes by responding to noise or nuisance calls?

Also wondering why there's not more noise about this new law on the boards here!!

Nevertheless, I feel that Arena is doing his best to grind Jefferson Park in the direction it needs to go - which is making it an attractive, denser neighborhood for that will allow a new, younger socioeconomic base that will spur commercial growth and promote long term stability.

I have never had an issue with military before, if they ever were boarderline, ie be a few days late on pay or have noise complaints, just tell them to knock it off, behave themself or you will report their behavior to their commander.

. - parking -responsibility/roles: cleaning/ trash/ common areas / parties / pets / guest over / noise level / recreational drugs / etc There are so many things you need it written down, especially in shared housing with a tenant.

Tenant has managed to pay rent every month (always right before late fee deadline and with late fee twice),  however - he keeps breaking other rules every 2nd month (some minor, some major - pets/noise/parking etc), which HOA keeps objecting and sending notices. 

My long term goal is financial freedom, I spent my 20s grinding away thinking all debt was bad and the stock market would do it for me.

Systems in place and hope for the best, but its a grind to get off the ground.
