This usually takes a couple of days to do if you send via a mail fulfillment service like click2mail or yellowlettermail.comYou can also then look for the owner's phone number and email address using online services like Whitepages, true caller, callersmart, pipl, thatsthem or a skip tracing service like Intelius or Unlimited Skip Trace.

I know that I'll have to wait a little while to be able to get traditional financing.I was thinking I could do an owner occupy deal and live there for another 1-2 years (1 year to finish my lease then present my landlord with my proposal, if she accepts, live there for another year to fulfill owner-occupy terms, and be at my job long enough to get traditional financing.)

I plan on only living here for a year to fulfill the fha requirement, then plan on using that equity/saved up money for a SFH rental which I would also do an FHA loan on and move in.
