Has anyone established a company (llc or other) to manage your own properties?

I look for someone that can advice me on what to do with my money. Someone experienced and seasoned, who can hear my plans and goals and give their take on how to reach them, or offer new ideas.

Forming an LLC isn’t required to establish a partnership.

You squire the deal and they dispo the deal to their established buyers.

Most enticing is it is located on a very well established street with a wall score of 92 - lots of restaurants, bars, shops and a park nearby.

Like others have mentioned, it's beneficial to you and your business partner to ensure the LLC is established in a way that does in fact limit your liability. 

If they aren't matching, I would chat with a financial advisor about opening an IRA.

The last thing that comes to mind would be moving the funds to a rollover IRA and withdrawing them with help from your tax advisor or CPA to qualify for the first-time homebuyer exemption. 

I am wondering if anyone has any recommendations on well-established groups that host meet ups in north / central New Jersey.
