@Drayden Morgan You could try Kevin Ward's 'Book of Yes' which has ton of good scripts (IMO), just a caveat that with all the scripts in the world the key is to have the knowledge to back up how you're marketing yourself in the script, and I realize that takes time and you probably know that already, but my point is that gaining the competence is a completely different area of study that is often not as heavily emphasized in the training world.

However in my market if I try to Airbnb the second half of a duplex I'll sink in 2 weeks with terrible reviews saying "there were other people living in this house don't stay here it's not private"  I've only gleaned vacation rental wisdom from clients second hand, so take this with a grain of salt, but what I've heard is that if you emphasize all the bad things right in the listing (next to the good things, of course), then you only get people who do not care about those bad things, and that often solves the problem.
