I'm curious if this has come up with anyone else and what I can do to help the seller in the situation to get the deal?

I am located in Ohio and like many people I have researched and read about, tired of the 9-5 grind and putting money into someone else's pockets. 

Also, does anybody else get http error 404 when using FF?

Everyone else is through tech, private equity, stocks, building operating companies, etc.At the end of the day, investing is investing.

Received access to mortgage portal to ensure all payments are made (including escrow).Anything else here I should do or not do if acquiring for the long-term?
