I am based in Mexico city and will be full time in Mexico. 1- please clarify what you mean by "Tulum is being completely overbuilt so I'm not sure ...... " so is it too late to get in now or there is still time. 2- As you know zeroing on a Market is easier to look for a properties. how would number these locations (Mixco city, Tulum, Merida, Vallarta, Playa del Carmen and maybe Guanaiuato)3- I do not want to put all my eggs in one Basket.

Now, I could get a 0% loan through the mass save program for 50k of that over 7 years and come up with the rest out of pocket, but that would eat into a good chunk of my cashflow. my thought is that its not worth it to put the 70-85k into the property and might be better to sell it since I could probably sell it now for about 100k more than i paid for it.
