I have had a couple of addresses over the years and usually I have used UPS, but lately I have seen a lot of virtual option popping up ... earthmail ... regus ... digital mailroom ... there seem to be quite a few.Would anyone have feedback on the best route to go?

While showing one of the newly vacated units to a potential renter, he informed me that he was displaced because of the hurricanes, and that FEMA was providing him with assistance for moving, including paying his security deposit, rent, and moving costs.

If they are going to refund even security deposit no questions asked and unbeknownst to you, why even offer that as a feature / service as part of digital collections to landlords?

I rent STR mostly through airbnb which acts as a rental manager and I have an assistant that I personally hired to flip/clean the units and also on site for renovations.

This is something that legal aid might be too able to assist you with if you are not very well healed financially.Good Luck!

Currently I'm using propstream, I was having some issues getting my account with batchleads set up and their service hasn't really been the best with assistance.

In Illinois, the minimum age to officially become an unlicensed assistant is 18.

And that is my whole point: you can value a digital asset based on how much cash it generates.
