Hi Chris, I would look into a doing a Freddie Mac home possible loan which have no UPMI fees and very similar low down payment options and low PMI rates.

My first purchase was a four unit in August 17’ and I did a conventional loan with 10% down I believe the program was Freddie Mac home possible

@Josh DayAssuming your actual payment is less than the 1% of the balance, you may want to look at a Freddie Mac Home Possible (first time buyer program) loan instead of FHA.
